1. The Executive Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting to be composed of 14 members (4 from the Senate and 10 from the House of Commons): a) Three Officers: the President, who shall be a member of Government; the Vice-President, who shall be a member of the Official Opposition in the other Chamber; and the Past President.
