(a) Once the Joint Interparliamentary Council has approved the budget, the Executive Committee meets to determine the number of participants for each activity on its work plan for the fiscal year.

The final version of the document would be accompanied by a budget estimate and approved at the Assembly in Bern in October 2011.

Member of Parliament Marie-France Lalonde attended the meeting virtually for the Canadian Branch of the APF. She presented a new draft report theme on family patrimony and francophone women, a proposal that was approved by the Network. Ms. Lalonde announced that she would table an initial draft report in July 2024 at the Annual Session of the APF.

The Board approved the report from the 63rd Board of Directors meeting and Senator Galvez presented the organization’s proposed budget for 2023–2024, which was approved along with the 2023–2024 workplan.

The Board approved the report from the 63rd Board of Directors meeting and Senator Galvez presented the organization’s proposed budget for 2023–2024, which was approved along with the 2023–2024 workplan.

Members of the Board of Directors approved the 2022–23 work plan for ParlAmericas, and conducted business; the business items included the Board’s Annual General Meeting and discussion of items relating to ParlAmericas’ budget and financing.

Mr. Hoback returned to the financial statement, and there being no further questions, the Board of Directors approved, the budget for the period October 1, 2012, to September 30, 2013.
