The OSCE Election Observation mission was a joint initiative of the OSCE’s Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) and it’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). Presenters emphasized the gendered treatment of parliamentarians and other public figures online, noting that women face a higher degree of personal abuse and aggressive behaviour.
