At the invitation of Her Excellency Raziah Ahmed, Senator, President of the Senate, and His Excellency Wade Mark, M.P., Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago, the Honourable Leo Housakos, Speaker pro tempore of the Senate, led a parliamentary delegation on an official visit to Trinidad and Tobago on March 15-17, 2015.

Before the Plenary Assembly got under way, a meeting of the FIPA Executive Committee was held on 18 November. Senator Hervieux‑Payette presided over the meeting. Mr. Bezan also participated in his capacity as Canada’s representative on the Executive Committee.
