SUMMARY
This enactment repeals section 67 of the Canadian Human Rights Act which provides that nothing in that Act affects any provision of the Indian Act or any provision made under or pursuant to the Indian Act.
The enactment also adds an interpretative provision to the Canadian Human Rights Act in relation to complaints made under that Act against an aboriginal governmental organization.
