Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Friday, December 11, 2015, the Committee resumed its study of physician-assisted dying.

Linda Jarrett, by videoconference from Waterloo, Ontario, Rhonda Wiebe and Dean Richert, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and the Hon. Steven Fletcher made statements and answered questions.

At 6:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:45 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jocelyn Downie, David Baker and Trudo Lemmens made statements and answered questions.

At 7:52 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:59 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 8:18 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
