SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés afin d’abroger des dispositions relatives à l’interdiction de territoire et à la perte de statut découlant de la perte de l’asile de résidents permanents.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to repeal provisions related to inadmissibility and loss of status resulting from the cessation of refugee protection for permanent residents.

1 L’article 40.1 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés est abrogé.
1 Section 40.1 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is repealed.
2 L’alinéa 46(1)c.1) de la même loi est abrogé.
2 Paragraph 46(1)(c.1) of the Act is repealed.
