SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Access to Information Act to require the designated Minister to publish all records composed in whole or in part of publicly funded scientific research not later than six months following the conclusion of the research as well as on an ongoing basis.

Le texte modifie la Loi sur l’accès à l’information afin d’obliger le ministre désigné à publier tous les documents comportant des éléments de recherche scientifique financée par les fonds publics, d'une part, au plus tard six mois après la conclusion de la recherche et, d'autre part, au fur et à mesure de leur achèvement.
