SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Navigation Protection Act in order to add the Montmorency River and other rivers and lakes to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

R.S., c. N-22; 2012, c. 31, s. 316
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Part 1 of the schedule to the Navigation Protection Act is amended by adding after item 95 in the columns shown the following:

Column 3: “The lake’s water boundary includes the mouths of all connecting waterways”
