SUMMARY
This enactment amends the International Transfer of Offenders Act to provide that one of the purposes of that Act is to enhance public safety and to modify the list of factors that the Minister shall consider in deciding whether to consent to the transfer of a Canadian offender.

Le texte modifie la Loi sur le transfèrement international des délinquants pour prévoir que l’un des objets de la loi est de renforcer la sécurité publique et pour modifier les facteurs dont le ministre doit tenir compte pour décider s’il consent au transfèrement des délinquants canadiens.
