SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Northwest Territories Act to give the Commissioner in Council the power to make ordinances for the government of the Territories for the closing up, varying, opening, establishing, building, management or control of any highways on public lands.

R.S., c. N-27
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Paragraph 16(o) of the Northwest Territories Act is replaced by the following:
(o) the closing up, varying, opening, establishing, building, management or control of any highways, roads, streets, lanes or trails on public lands;
