SUMMARY This enactment amends the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to include applicants approved under provincial nominee programs in the list of exceptions to inadmissibility on health grounds.		SOMMAIRE Le texte modifie la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés afin d’ajouter à la liste des exceptions à l’interdiction de territoire pour des motifs sanitaires le fait, pour un demandeur, d’avoir été accepté aux termes d’un programme des candidats d’une province.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement du Sénat et de la Chambre des communes du Canada, édicte :

1. Subsection 38(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is amended by adding the following after paragraph (b):

1. Le paragraphe 38(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés est modifié par adjonction, après l’alinéa b), de ce qui suit :

(b.1) has been approved under a provincial nominee program;
