SUMMARY
This enactment consolidates and updates the statutes governing the corporation known as the Boy Scouts of Canada in order to reflect more accurately its current status in Canada. It also changes the name of the corporation to “Scouts Canada” and makes other technical and incidental changes relating to the administration of its affairs.

Le texte regroupe et met à jour les diverses lois régissant l’association dénommée Les Boy Scouts du Canada afin de mieux correspondre à sa situation actuelle au Canada. Il remplace le nom de l’association par « Scouts Canada » et apporte d’autres changements techniques ou accessoires touchant l’administration de ses affaires.
