SUMMARY |

This enactment requires recipients of grants of public funds for
cultural projects to acknowledge that a grant has been made and to
specify the percentage of the total cost that the grant represents at the
time the program is announced or advertised and opened to the public.
Non-compliance may result in the recipient having to repay the grant.
