SUMMARY |

Part 1 of this enactment relates to the settlement of matters arising
from the flooding of land as provided for in an agreement concluded
with the Norway House Cree Nation. Part 2 establishes mechanisms to
facilitate the implementation of claims settlements in Manitoba by the
creation of reserves or the addition of land to existing reserves.
