SUMMARY |

This enactment establishes the Law Commission of Canada for the
purpose of providing independent advice on improvements,
modernization and reform of the law of Canada. It also establishes the
Law Commission of Canada Advisory Council to advise the
Commission on any matter relating to the Commission's purpose.
