Coming Into Force
This Act comes into force or is deemed to have come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council, but that day must be the day on which the suspension of the declaration expires.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council fixes December 22, 2017 as the day on which the Act comes into force, other than sections 2.1, 3.1, 3.2 and 10.1.
