On 23 and 24 February 2006, four Canadian parliamentarians were in Vienna to take part in the fifth OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Winter Meeting.  Senator Consiglio Di Nino led the delegation, which also included Senator Jerahmiel Grafstein, the organization’s treasurer, Charles Hubbard and Paul Crête.
