(i) subsection 146(1) (sexual intercourse with a female under 14),

(ii) subsection 146(2) (sexual intercourse with a female 14 or more but under 16),

(ii) le paragraphe 146(2) (rapports sexuels avec une personne du sexe féminin âgée de 14 ans ou plus mais de moins de 16 ans),

(iii) section 151 (seduction of a female 16 or more but under 18),

(iii) l’article 151 (séduction d’une personne du sexe féminin âgée de 16 ans ou plus mais de moins de 18 ans),

(iv) section 153 (sexual intercourse with stepdaughter, etc., or female employee), and

(iv) l’article 153 (rapports sexuels avec sa belle-fille, etc., ou son employée),

(v) section 157 (gross indecency); and

(v) l’article 157 (actes de grossière indécence);

(b) of attempt or conspiracy to commit an offence referred to in any of subparagraphs (a)(i) to (v).

(iv) section 156 (indecent assault on male),

(iv) l’article 156 (attentat à la pudeur d’une personne du sexe masculin),

(v) section 245 (common assault), and

(v) l’article 245 (voies de fait simples),

(vi) subsection 246(1) (assault with intent to commit an indictable offence); and

(vi) le paragraphe 246(1) (voies de fait avec intention de commettre un acte criminel);

(b) of attempt or conspiracy to commit an offence referred to in any of subparagraphs (a)(i) to (vi).
