SUMMARY
This enactment amends Part 1 of Schedule VI to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to add certain substances used in the production of fentanyl, so that they will be regulated as Class A precursors.

An Act to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (substances used in the production of fentanyl) |

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1 Part 1 of Schedule VI to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act is amended by adding the following after item 24:
25 Propionyl chloride
26 1-Phenethyl-4-piperidone
27 Aniline
28 4-Piperidone
