SUMMARY |

This enactment provides that, for the purpose of sentencing under
subsection 182.2(2) or 182.3(3) of the Criminal Code, the ownership of
a puppy mill by the convicted person or the participation by that person
in the operation of a puppy mill shall be deemed to be aggravating
circumstances.
