The Standing Joint Committee on Official Languages met at 3:30 p.m., this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Co-Chairs, The Hon. Shirley Maheu and Mauril Bélanger, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(4)b), the Committee resumed its consultation of the English and French linguistic minority communities of Canada on the action plan of the Minister responsible for coordinating issues on Official Languages.
The witnesses made statements and answered questions.
At 4:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:40 p.m., the sitting resumed.
At 5:32 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
