SUMMARY |

This enactment merges the Canadian Pension Commission and the
Veterans Appeal Board into the Veterans Review and Appeal Board.
|
|
|
|
In future, applications for awards will be examined by the Minister
of Veterans Affairs. Decisions of the Minister will be subject to review
by or appeal to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board.
|
|
|
|
The Bureau of Pensions Advocates becomes part of the Department
of Veterans Affairs.
