SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances afin d’interdire à quiconque de posséder, de produire, de vendre ou d’importer toute chose dont il sait qu’elle sera utilisée pour la production de certaines substances inscrites à l’annexe I de cette loi ou pour faire le trafic de celles-ci.
SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act in order to prohibit the possession, production, sale or importation of anything if it is known that it will be used in the production or traffic of certain substances included in Schedule I to that Act.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1 Le paragraphe 7.1(1) de la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances est remplacé par ce qui suit :
1 Subsection 7.1(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act is replaced by the following:
Possession etc., pour utilisation dans la production ou le trafic
Possession, etc., for use in production of or trafficking in substance
7.1 (1) Il est interdit d’avoir en sa possession, de produire, de vendre ou d’importer toute chose sachant qu’elle sera utilisée pour la production d’une substance inscrite Insertion start aux articles 16 ou Insertion end 18, au paragraphe Insertion start 19(8) Insertion end ou Insertion start à l’article 25 Insertion end de l’annexe I ou pour faire le trafic d’une telle substance.
7.1 (1) No person shall possess, produce, sell or import anything knowing that it will be used to produce or traffic in a substance referred to in item Insertion start 16 or Insertion end 18, subitem Insertion start 19(8) Insertion end or Insertion start item 25 Insertion end of Schedule I.
