SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the Competition Act. It provides that no
person shall deliver or cause to be delivered printed material that
contains a contest, lottery, game of chance or a game of mixed chance
and skill that conveys the general impression that the recipient of the
printed material has won a prize or an advantage but that the distribution
of such prize or advantage is conditional on the prior payment of a sum
of money or specific telephone charges.
