Hans Raidel (Germany) presented his first report as Treasurer of the Assembly. Senator Jerahmiel Grafstein was Mr. Raidel predecessor from 1999 to 2007. He reported that the Secretariat continues to function within the approved budget. Mr. Raidel also noted that more money will be needed to fulfill the future work of the OSCE PA and called on parliamentarians to support such an increase.
