From November 7 to 11, the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Honourable Anthony Rota, M.P., led a parliamentary delegation on a visit to the United Kingdom, where they visited both London, England and Edinburgh, Scotland.

They were accompanied by Mr. Gérald Lafrenière, Interim Clerk of the Senate and Clerk of the Parliaments, and Chief Legislative Services Officer, and Mr. Eric Janse, Clerk of the House of Commons. The conference was also attended by Speakers, or their designates, from each of the ten provinces and the three territories of Canada.

From October 10 to 14, 2022, the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Honourable Anthony Rota, M.P., led a parliamentary delegation to the Republic of Malta and the Republic of Albania.
