Members of the Canadian Group of the Inter-Parliamentary Union UIPU) participated, two of whom, Rachel Blaney, MP and Sven Spengemann, MP were featured presenters together with Dr. Pechdau Tohmeena from Thailand’s House of Representatives and David Clarke from the World Health Organization. Senator Mohamed-Iqbal Ravalia also attended.

In addition to Mr. Hoback, the workshop was attended by the following parliamentarians from the Canadian Branch of the CPA: the Honourable Robert Black and Mr. Dan Mazier, MP.

Kristina Michaud, MP and rapporteur for the APF’s Network of Young Parliamentarians, represented the Canadian Branch at this event, which brought together 45 participants from various countries. Ms. Michaud discussed the role of young APF members in politics and their contributions.
