The Canadian NATO Parliamentary Association has the honour to present its report on the visit of the Bureau of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly held in Moscow, Russia November 1-2, 2011. Since this was a special visit of the Bureau, most deliberations were held in camera; as such, the Association is unable to include certain details that would normally be included in a report.
