From July 12 to 18, 2010, the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Honourable Peter Milliken, M.P., led a parliamentary delegation on a visit to the United Kingdom and Serbia.

From January 16 to 26, 2010, the Honourable Noël A. Kinsella, Speaker of the Senate, led an official parliamentary delegation to Latvia and Liechtenstein.
