He mentioned he would like to create an academic exchange program with the Lateran University.

Addresses from the Prime Minister of Macedonia and the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia followed. Later, after some discussion, the Assembly granted Associate Member status to Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
