SUMMARY
This enactment amends the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act to allow the survivor of a contributor to receive an annual allowance after the death of the contributor notwithstanding the fact that the contributor and the survivor married or commenced to live in a conjugal relationship after the contributor had attained the age of sixty years.

SOMMAIRE
Le texte modifie la Loi sur la pension de retraite des Forces canadiennes afin de permettre au survivant d’un contributeur de recevoir une allocation annuelle après le décès du contributeur même si celui-ci et le survivant se sont mariés ou ont commencé à vivre maritalement après que le contributeur ait atteint l’âge de soixante ans.
