SUMMARY |

The purpose of this enactment is to require the Minister to commence
negotiations with the Government of British Columbia to ensure the
establishment of a new national park in British Columbia comprising
the Stoltmann Wilderness Area.
|
|
|
|
The Minister is to report to the House regularly on progress on the
necessary negotiations to achieve this.
