EXPLANATORY NOTE |

The enactment allows for the administrative consolidation, within
the portfolio of National Revenue, of the existing Taxation and Customs
and Excise sectors, with the Minister of National Revenue retaining the
same responsibilities.

|
|
|
It also contains consequential amendments.
