Coming Into Force
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes December 24, 2001 as the day on which that Act, other than sections 52, 54 to 64, subsections 67(2) and (3) and section 74, comes into force.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes June 12, 2002, as the day on which section 52, subsections 67(2) and (3) and section 74 of that Act come into force.
