Coming Into Force
4.(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come into force on March 22, 2011.

6.(4) Subsection (2) comes into force on the later of the day on which this Act receives royal assent and January 1, 2012.

9.(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come into force on March 22, 2011.

12.(3) Subsections (1) and (2) are deemed to have come into force on March 4, 2010.

72.(8) The definition “registered Canadian amateur athletic association” in subsection 248(1) of the Act, as enacted by subsection (1), and subsection (5) come into force on the later of the day on which this Act receives royal assent and January 1, 2012.
(9) The definitions “registered retirement income fund” or “RRIF” and “registered retirement savings plan” or “RRSP” in subsection 248(1) of the Act, as enacted by subsection (1), and subsection (2) are deemed to have come into force on March 23, 2011.

80.(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come into force on March 23, 2011.

81.(2) Subsection (1) comes into force on the later of the day on which this Act receives royal assent and January 1, 2012.

82.(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come into force on March 23, 2011.

83.(2) Subsection (1) comes into force on the later of the day on which this Act receives royal assent and January 1, 2012.

87.(3) Subsections (1) and (2) come into force on the later of the day on which this Act receives royal assent and January 1, 2012.

88.(2) Subsection (1) comes into force on the day on which section 153 of this Act comes into force.

90.(3) Subsections (1) and (2) are deemed to have come into force on March 23, 2011.

91.(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come into force on March 23, 2011.

110. This Part is deemed to have come into force on March 1, 2011.

145. Sections 137 and 142 to 144 come into force on January 1, 2012.

147. This Part comes into force on January 1, 2012.

149. This Part is deemed to have come into force on July 1, 2011.

159. (1) Sections 152 and 153, subsections 155(1) and (2) and sections 157 and 158 come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
(2) Section 154 and subsection 155(3) come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.

169. Sections 165 to 167 come into force one year after the day on which this Act receives royal assent.

176. This Part is deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2006.

182. This Part comes into force on April 1, 2012.


His Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes the day on which this order is made as the day on which section 154 and subsection 155(3) of that Act come into force.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council fixes January 1, 2013 as the day on which sections 152 and 153, subsections 155(1) and (2) and sections 157 and 158 of that Act come into force.
