Coming Into Force
15. (1) The provisions of this Act, other than section 13, come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.

(2) Section 13 comes into force on December 31, 2010.



Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes December 17, 2007 as the day on which that Act, other than section 13, comes into force.
