Coming Into Force
This Act, other than section 46, comes into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to section 47 of the Remote Sensing Space Systems Act, assented to on November 25, 2005, being chapter 45 of the Statutes of Canada, 2005, hereby fixes April 5, 2007 as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than section 46, which came into force on assent.
