Coming Into Force
The provisions of this Act, other than sections 35 and 36, comes into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.




Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes April 4, 2005 as the day on which this Act comes into force, other than sections 35 and 36, which came into force on assent.
