Coming Into Force
50 This Act, other than section 49, comes into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council fixes the date of entry into force of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than section 49, which came into force on assent.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council amends Order in Council P.C. 2018-1314 of October 26, 2018 by replacing “the date of entry into force of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership” with “December 30, 2018”.
