Coming Into Force
65. The provisions of this Act, other than section 64, and the provisions of any Act as enacted by this Act, come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.




Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes



(a) June 30, 2005, as the day on which sections 1 to 7, 10, 11, 33, 40, 49, 58 to 60 and 63 of that Act come into force;
and


(b) January 2, 2006, as the day on which sections 8, 9, 12 to 32, 34 to 39, 41 to 48, 50 to 57, 61 and 62 of that Act come into force.
