became due or was paid on or before

(b) the supplier did not, on or before
December 14, 2009, charge, collect or
remit any amount as or on account of tax
under Part IX of the Act in respect of the
supply; and

(c) the supplier did not, on or before
December 14, 2009, charge, collect or
remit any amount as or on account of tax
under Part IX of the Act in respect of any
other supply that is made under the
agreement and that includes the provision
of a service referred to in any of paragraphs
(q), (q.1) and (r.3) to (r.5) of the
definition “financial service” in subsection
123(1) of the Act, as amended by subsections
(1) to (4).


56(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come
into force on April 1, 2007.


60(2) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come
into force on April 1, 2007.


67(3) Subsection (1) is deemed to have come
into force on December 17, 1990.

Card Networks Act, as enacted by section

1884. The provisions of this Part come

force on the day on which subsection 245(7)
