The Subcommittee on the review of Parliament’s involvement with associations and recognized Interparliamentary Groups of the Joint Interparliamentary Council met this day in camera at 9:32 a.m., in room 505 of the Victoria Building, Scott Simms, M.P., presiding.

1.Roundtable of Chairs and Former Chairs of Associations and Recognized Interparliamentary Groups
The witnesses made statements and answered questions.
2. Subcommittee Business
It was agreed, – That the Subcommittee invite non-affiliated Senators, through the appropriate channels, to a roundtable discussion.
It was agreed, – That the Subcommittee invite representatives of the International and Interparliamentary Affairs Directorate and the Library of Parliament to make a presentation and answer questions as part of the study.
At 10:26 a.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
