An Act to amend the Navigation Protection Act (Nanaimo River and Koksilah River)
R.S., c. N-22;
2012, c. 31, s. 316
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
1. Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigation Protection Act is amended by adding after item 3 in the columns shown the following:
Item: “3.1”
Column 1: “Nanaimo River”
Column 2: “49°80′18″ N, 123°53′44″ W”
Column 3: “49°00′42″ N, 124°31′10″ W”
Column 4: “From Mount Hooper to the Strait of Georgia”
Item: “3.2”
Column 1: “Koksilah River”
Column 2: “48°45′30″ N, 123°38′29″ W”
Column 3: “48°41′70″ N, 123°56′80″ W”
Column 4: “From Waterloo Mountain to Cowichan Bay”
