This enactment requires the Governor in Council to appoint a Minister of State (Education).

An Act respecting the appointment of a Minister of State (Education)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Appointment
1. Within 180 days after this Act comes into force, the Governor in Council must appoint a Minister of State (Education) to assist all ministers of the Crown who have responsibilities for matters relating to education.
