SUMMARY
This enactment requires the Government of Canada to publish in the Canada Gazette
(a) all written undertakings given to Her Majesty in right of Canada under the Investment Canada Act in respect of the acquisition of Inco Limited by CVRD Canada Inc. in 2006; and
(b) all demands sent by the Minister of Industry in respect of those undertakings.

An Act respecting the acquisition of Inco Limited by CVRD Canada Inc.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Inco Limited Acquisition Act.
Publication of undertakings and demands
2. Despite any provision of any other Act of Parliament, the Government of Canada must, within 60 days after this Act comes into force, publish in the Canada Gazette
(a) all written undertakings given to Her Majesty in right of Canada under the Investment Canada Act in respect of the acquisition of Inco Limited by CVRD Canada Inc. in 2006; and
(b) all demands sent by the Minister of Industry under section 39 of the Investment Canada Act in respect of those undertakings.
