SUMMARY
This enactment establishes a National Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission responsible for making recommendations to the Minister of the Environment in order to help protect Canada’s natural resources and promote activities related to fish and wildlife, including hunting and fishing. The enactment also re-establishes the Survey on the Importance of Nature to Canadians.
