An Act to amend the Access to Information Act and the Canadian Wheat Board Act
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT
1. Schedule I to the Access to Information Act is amended by striking out the following under the heading “OTHER GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS”:
Canadian Wheat Board
Commission canadienne du blé
R.S., c. C-24
CANADIAN WHEAT BOARD ACT
2. Section 76.1 of the Canadian Wheat Board Act and the heading before it are repealed.

Clause 2: Text of the heading and section 76.1:
REVIEW BY MINISTER
76.1 In the event of a change to the Corporation's mandate, the Minister shall review the appropriateness of the Corporation's inclusion in Schedule I to the Access to Information Act.
