SUMMARY
This enactment establishes a Canadian Motion Picture Industry Secretariat, to be composed of representatives from major motion picture industry sectors across Canada. The Canadian Motion Picture Industry Secretariat will monitor the motion picture industry and make recommendations for the purpose of supporting an internationally competitive and successful motion picture industry in Canada.
