SUMMARY
The purpose of this enactment is to provide that, on Remembrance Day, the national flag of Canada will be flown at half-mast on federal land and buildings in Canada.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
SHORT TITLE
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Remembrance Day National Flag Act.
NATIONAL FLAG OF CANADA
National flag of Canada at half-mast
2. On Remembrance Day, November 11, the national flag of Canada shall be flown at half-mast on land and buildings in Canada owned or occupied by Her Majesty in right of Canada.
